Who we are
NOVIQ IT LTD (company number 17181051), 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, is the controller for account and website data, and a processor for message metadata handled on behalf of customers.
What we collect
Account details, organisation information, support requests and minimum necessary delivery metadata. We do not store message bodies or attachments in the customer portal.
Retention
Retention periods are configurable and currently proposed, subject to review.
